About

This blog allows me to share the cognitive hail stones that bounce around in my head while working in a busy Emergency Department. Through my time in ED, I have developed a keen interest in practical critical care and the pragmatic application of the patient care.

While many high-quality resources can be found around the web relating to resuscitation from a medical point-of-view, this blog will have a bit of a ‘Nurse-centric’ vibe.

This Blog won’t try to reinvent any wheels; it just helps to communicate my thoughts on things that matter to me. All opinions expressed in this blog are mine alone unless they are explicitly attributed to someone else (…with a bigger brain).

I hope this can become a place where we can challenge and learn from one another in the spirit of becoming more capable and passionate as resuscitation nurses (slash, resuscitation people).
